Please note that customized products—styles created using your selected straps, colors, or accessories—cannot be returned or refunded, as they are made uniquely for you.

Standard Designs

If you purchased a product from our ready-made collection (non-customized), you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return:

Attach clear photos of the product, especially if it's damaged or defective.
Returns are accepted only if:

The product is unworn and in its original condition.
It is returned in the original packaging.
A copy of the original receipt is provided.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
